What you agree to

Who texts you: Renzo Gracie Lone Star Team (Renzo Gracie Lone Star Team, LLC), from our gyms in Round Rock, Austin and Pflugerville, Texas.
What about: your free-class booking and a reminder the day before, a follow-up if you missed it, notices when a class you're coming to is cancelled or changed, and replies from our staff when you text us.
How often: message frequency varies with your bookings and conversations. No texts between 9 PM and 8 AM Central.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Not required: consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking a class.
Never shared: we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
