How often. Message frequency varies with your bookings and conversations. We don't text between 9 PM and 8 AM Central time.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, from your mobile carrier. We don't charge for texts.

To stop. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop right away; you'll get one text confirming it. Reply START to get texts again. You can also turn texts off in your profile in our app.

Not required. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking a class or joining.

Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. We use your mobile number and your agreement to texts only to text you about your classes and the gym. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text opt-in and consent are never shared, sold or bought by any third party.
